I was born in a family of land cultivators in the village of Pathra [ http://wikimapia.org/23467952/P-S-Tomar-Village-Pathra ], under Amroha district, state of Uttar Pradesh, India. I speak Hindi from my childhood. U.P. is that state in India which play an important role in Indian democracy.My village, Pathra is situated at the left bank of the Holy river Ganga and it is aprox. 200Km. far from Delhi. People here mostly depend on agriculture. They have usually all necessary crops, paddy and a variety of pulse. My parents are simple villagers. My mother is a house wife and my father is a doctor.

Childhood

My grandfather was the head of the family till his death. I spent my childhood with my grandparents. My grandmother was an illiterate and my grandfather could read, write and speak fluently in Hindi and Urdu. One of his passions was to sing locality based songs. He was a respectable person in every way. He was much loved and respected by the villagers for his hard working, honesty and social behavior. My grandmother was the protector of the family. I was a naughty and angry child. Almost every day my parents received complaints from the neighbors about my conduct. At certain times, it was really unbearable. However, I liked to read, write, and do mathematics. And that was it; the school teacher liked me. So, I did not have to take heed to the complaints from others. The complaints were lodged so often that sometimes I was subjected to brutal beatings from my father. I remember the beatings and also their ineffectiveness in modifying my behavior. Slowly the complaints reduced and I became a better child due to the help I received from unexpected quarters.

Education

I have started my lower education from govt. based primary school in 1990. In 1996 I have join Gramodya Inter College Gangeshwari [ http://wikimapia.org/11669595/D-R-S-P-Jr-H-SCHOOL-PATHRA-ATMALI ] as a sixth class student and it was the first time when I started to learn English langusge. In 2001 I have completed High school from that college. After that in 2003 I have passed 10+2 from S.S.D. Inter college Hasanpur. In 2006 I become Graduate from K.G.K. COLLEGE MORADABAD [http://kgkpgcollege.com/contactus.htm], and in 2008, Post Gradute from Hindu college Moradabad[http://www.hinducollegembd.com ]. In 2009 I have completed Master of Philosophy from Dept. of Mathematics, IBS Khandari, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Univ. Agra [http://www.dbrau.ac.in/department_of_mathematics.html]. Presently I have completed Ph.D. from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagr, U.K [http://www.gbpuat.ac.in]. In addition I have also completed PGDCA in 2006 as a vocational Training Programme from NYC Mordabad.
